Who LOVES music? I do. I love little known music. It’s a special, almost exclusive thing. I like punk and rock. Indie and indie rock. Some pop. Billy Talent and Melanie Martinez. Cage the Elephant and AC/DC. Stuff like that. Today, I;m going to share some great songs that you probably have NEVER heard of that  you should try this summer.

the crutch1. The Crutch by Billy Talent

This is a song meant to be played LOUD AS POSSIBLE. It’s punk and rock going back to their original Billy Talent vibes. One of the best songs off their new album Afraid Of Heights, for which they were nominated for Rock Album of the Year at the 2017 Junos. I can’t get enough of this song or this album. Ot his band, for that matter. Ben Kowalewicz’s voice is so unique.

3. River Below by Billy Talent

Go ahead, call me obsessed. This is one of their older songs, but one of their best. It has a lot of screaming, but in their early days, it was their style. It does a number on Ben’s vocal chords, but it’s their thing.
